The model is displayed on a sticker that may be located on the back or underneath the DVR unit. Depending on the firmware version you currently have, it may also be displayed with the firmware version in the next step.
In order to find the current firmware version, you will need to login to the DVR and select System underneath the Info menu. From there, select Version and then current firmware version will be displayed.
