Important CyberLynk Payment Information

CreaTech Innovations VOIP Hosting customers are being migrated to CyberLynk 's Billing and Support Ticket System. Once your account is migrated to CyberLynk's Billing System your invoices will be generated on the 1st of the month. Your account will be migrated to the new billing system as of the next renewal date. Once your account is migrated you will receive several emails with contact information and your next invoice which should be paid on or before the due date listed to avoid service interruption.


Due to these changes your preferred payment options will change slightly:

PAYPAL: If you currently pay your invoice with Paypal you can continue to do so. Paypal payments will show on your statement as CYBERLYNKNE or CYBERLYNKNETWORK.


PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTIONS: If you previosuly paid your invoice with a Paypal Subscription you can continue to do so but due to the migration from the CreaTech Innovations billing system to CyberLynk's billing system your subscription was terminated. You will need to create a NEW subscription once you receive your first invoice from CyberLynk's billing system. Paypal payments will show on your statement as CYBERLYNKNE or CYBERLYNKNETWORK.


CREDIT CARD: CyberLynk accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. NOTE: If you update your credit card information we can charge your credit card on the 1st of the month instead of you having to process payment manually each month.


CHECK / MAILIN: CyberLynk accepts personal and corporate checks. Please your check payments to the following address and include your account number (10935) or your invoice number on the check:
