The only change you as a VOIP hosting customer will see is CyberLynk will now provide all of the VOIP and Phone System support, maintenance and billing functions.

Billing

•    CyberLynk offers online account management, payment processing and order processing. The URL used to access your billing account will be https://secure.cyberlynk.net
•    If you pay via credit card the charge will now read 'CyberLynk Network'.
•    All customer Bill Dates will be changed to the 1st of the month after the migration to the new billing system
•    CyberLynk does accept PayPal Subscriptions but all active subscriptions will be cancelled and new subscriptions will need to be made once your account in migrated to CyberLynk's Billing System
